Insurance Sales Representative

The role
As a Sales Representative with Farmers District 15, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses choose the right insurance protection. You'll work with a supportive district team, learn the full Farmers product suite, and develop the skills to grow long-term in the industry.
- Prospect and develop new business relationships across personal and commercial lines
- Quote, present, and bind insurance policies that fit each client's needs
- Maintain and grow a book of business through service and referrals
- Participate in district training programs and sales meetings
- Represent the Farmers brand with integrity in your local community
What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Sales, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
- Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life licenses (we support you)
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus
